Why do packages cost more than individual items? The price of the packages includes the cost of the packaging (foam cooler, dry ice, etc.). Since individual items are added onto packages, there is no need to charge for additional packaging materials so we are able to pass that savings onto our customers!
Is the food frozen when it arrives? All perishable items are vacuum packed, frozen and shipped on dry ice. Products (meat and sides) will arrive frozen, but with little or no dry ice remaining. To ensure your satisfaction, someone must be available the day of delivery to unpack and refrigerate or freeze your order.
How long can I keep the food in my freezer after it arrives? All perishable products are vacuum packed and frozen solid before shipping. As long as the seal is not broken and the product has remained completely frozen, it can be stored in your freezer for up to 6 months.
Can I use City Barbeque Restaurant Gift Cards to purchase City Barbeque by Mail? Gift Cards can be purchased in $25, $50, $75, or $100 denominations and can be used for City Barbeque or CityQ Barbeque Restaurant purchases only. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase food or products online.
How many servings are in one pound of the meat? One pound meat will yield about 3-4 individual servings.
How many servings are in an order of the side dishes? One order of any side dish will yield about 6-8 individual servings. |
