Shipping charges are based on the total amount of the order. Please review the information below to determine the shipping charges for your order. The appropriate amount will be automatically added to your order when you check out.

**Note: Gift Cards may be shipped via USPS for $1.00 by selecting “USPS-Gift Cards ONLY” as a shipping method. If Gift Cards are ordered in addition to other products, standard shipping will apply based on the total order amount (including the Gift Cards). It is recommended that Gift Cards be ordered separately from any other City Barbeque products.

ADDITIONAL PACKAGING CHARGES

"Add-on" items are not available for purchase without first purchasing a Barbeque by Mail (food) Pack (sauce packs do not meet this requirement) due to excessive packaging and shipping costs. If your order contains only items labeled "Add-on" or only "Add-ons" and sauce items, additional packaging and shipping charges will apply. A City Barbeque representative will contact you before your order is shipped to confirm additional charges. Orders containing only sauce items may be placed without incurring any additional shipping or packaging charges.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DATES

Food or sauce orders will be shipped out on the first available shipping date unless another ship by date is requested. Please review the information below to figure out when your order will be shipped. (Note: Gift cards are mailed via USPS on the next available business day.)

Keep in mind that UPS does not ship out or deliver on most major holidays or weekends, therefore shipping and delivery dates may change if pick up, delivery, or transit occurs on a holiday or weekend.

IF A SHIPPING DATE IS REQUESTED THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THESE GUIDELINES, THE SHIPPING DATE WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY AND YOUR PACKAGE MAY SHIP EARLIER OR LATER THAN REQUESTED.

Due to the nature of some of our products, all perishable orders will reach their destination within two days of their shipping date. Non-perishable items will arrive within 7-10 days of their shipping date. We are only able to ship products within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Additionally, packages will be left at their destination whether or not someone is available to receive the package. Please make sure that the recipient is aware that you are sending a perishable package before you send. CITY BARBEQUE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPOILED PRODUCT THAT MAY RESULT IF A CUSTOMER IS NOT NOTIFIED OF DELIVERY.
